Frequently Asked Questions

How does a project begin with Bienestar Vitae?

It begins with an initial conversation to understand the situation, objectives, and context of the organization. Then we conduct initial listening and analysis through interviews, data, and available indicators, and we define a work proposal with priorities, scope, responsible parties, and monitoring criteria.

Does the method adapt to our company?

Yes. We don't apply standard programs. We adapt the Vitae Method to the size, sector, culture, needs, and resources of each organization, prioritizing the areas of burnout with the greatest impact and real possibilities for improvement.

How do we measure impact and results?

We define indicators from the start that are consistent with the project's objectives: wellbeing, leadership, coordination, conflicts, absenteeism, participation, habits, or other relevant factors. We review their evolution and adjust the intervention, distinguishing between observed changes and those that we can reasonably link to the project.

How long does a project last?

It depends on the problem, scope, and level of depth. It can be a specific intervention of several weeks or a process of several months with initial analysis, intervention, follow-up, and review. The duration is agreed upon before starting and adapts based on the project's progress.

Can we integrate the work with OHS and other departments?

Yes. Vitae can integrate with OHS, Human Resources, Management, and other involved departments, avoiding duplication and aligning objectives, actions, and indicators. It does not replace preventive obligations, health surveillance, or clinical intervention; it complements them through organizational wellbeing and behavioral change.
